Every project is quoted individually, up front and with no hidden fees. Tell us about your listing in the quote configurator — our team reviews it and replies by email with a tailored proposal, usually within 24 hours. Repeat clients get 35% off their second property.
Real staging rents and places physical furniture — powerful for viewings, but slow and expensive. Virtual staging achieves the same first impression online, where buyers actually decide which homes to visit, in days instead of weeks and at a fraction of the cost. Many agencies use virtual staging to drive viewings, then let the property speak in person.
Standard delivery is 48–72 hours from receiving your photos and brief. A priority next-day lane is available on request. On-site Signature shoots are scheduled within days, depending on location.
Every package includes 3 revision rounds — a round is one consolidated set of changes, not one change at a time. Additional rounds are billed at a flat per-round rate shown on your quote. Adjusting what was ordered is a revision; adding something new to the brief is scoped and quoted as new work.
The dedicated listing page stays live for as long as the property is for sale — that's included. If you want to keep it online long-term after the sale, hosting and maintenance are available as a small paid add-on.
Yes — and we recommend you do too. Every staged image we deliver can carry a discreet “virtually staged” label, and we advise disclosing it in the listing. Honest presentation protects your agency's reputation and builds buyer trust. It's our standing ethics policy.
